Before getting their MSW, Theo worked at a neurofeedback clinic and during graduate school, they did a clinical internship at the Hilltown Youth & Recovery Theatre in Heath, MA, a circus and performing arts program for youth whose lives have been touched by addiction. They primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, an approach based on curiosity and compassion. They are IFS Level 1 trained and work with teens and adults of all ages.
