Mae and Rebecca specializes in psychotropic medication management and targeted psychotherapy.

Mae is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She artfully combines her passion for neurobiology with targeted psychotherapeutic interventions to evaluate, diagnose and treat mental health conditions. Mae is experienced in working with clients across the lifespan from diverse and complex backgrounds. She looks forward to the expression of wellbeing that clients feel when they work in partnership to find the right medication, and has seen the healing that comes from integrating medications with psychotherapy.

Rebecca, PMHNP, is a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of diverse nursing experience. With a background in both clinical practice and mental health, she has honed her skills in providing patient-centered care, specializing in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders.
Driven by a passion for helping others, she is committed to improving the well-being of adults across the lifespan, offering a combination of evidence-based psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. With expertise in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and substance use disorders, she blends therapeutic techniques like CBT and mindfulness to empower her clients and foster recovery.
Rebecca understands the apprehension and fear associated with taking medication and is always open to discuss and explore treatment options. Passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, she provides a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment, ensuring her clients feel heard, respected and empowered to take control of their mental health.
