WellSpace Clinician (She/Her)
In a world that so often moves in unanticipated ways, finding a safe and open place to navigate new paths is so very important. Sonia is dedicated to offering a safe and compassionate space to process and work collaboratively with you to define your needs and vision. Sonia's years of counseling experience has allowed her the opportunity to work in different modalities, and the great lesson she has learned is that one approach does not fit all. Anxiety, depression, parenting, stress management and life transitions are of special interest to her, yet she is open to the needs that may fall outside of these interests. Her approach is dependent on the therapeutic rapport and collaborative goal setting, while remaining individually focused on your needs. She will work to meet you where you are in your journey, and you will go from there, together.
