Shelby believes that at the core of every human being is love & connection. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can cultivate curiosity, build resilience, and move through limiting beliefs towards meaningful growth.
Shelby has a diverse background in educational, residential, & inpatient settings, which has molded her person centered and strength based approach, and allows her to create meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. Grounded in collaboration, she utilizes a versatile range of therapeutic modalities to tailor support to each individual's distinct needs.
Shelby also has a background in yoga and deeply values somatic practices and the mind-body connection. She believes that exploring this relationship is key to fostering greater self-awareness and emotional balance. Shelby's ultimate goal is to empower clients with tools and insights that help them lead a more fulfilling, congruent, and balanced life.
