Rebecca Curry is a licensed clinical social worker who has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families who are trying to cope with and heal from trauma and better manage symptoms of various mental health disorders. Rebecca’s approach focuses on a collaborative experience within a judgement free, supportive and nurturing therapeutic relationship.
Rebecca's work is eclectic as she strives to meet each client where they are in order to assist them in their own journey towards growth and healing. Rebecca tailors the interventions she uses in sessions to each client and family. She has experience using person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused, strength based therapy, attachment based/ARC methods, psychodynamic perspective, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention and DBT among other modalities.
Additionally, Rebecca's career has also focused on providing clinical supervision to other therapists along with both program development and management of various levels of services for youth.
