Molly Stewart is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than ten years of experience in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches, Molly works with clients to explore their values, cultivate self-awareness, and manage difficult thoughts in supportive, practical ways. Her approach is centered on creating a warm and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable to explore their experiences and grow at their own pace.
With a trauma-informed perspective, Molly helps clients develop skills that build resilience and support personal growth. She is committed to helping people find ways to live more fully in the present and make choices aligned with what truly matters to them.
