Lindy has been providing individual, couples, and group psychotherapy from a feminist psychodynamic orientation since 2004. Lindy specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, adolescent and young adult health, and LGBTQI health. Lindy also provides clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians in the field of social work and counseling. She also directs WellSpace@Work’s therapist access program providing counseling to the Maine workforce through employer benefits.
