Kathleen provides couples, family, and individual therapy working mainly from a humanistic approach, with some elements of the psychodynamic perspective. She is also experienced with the treatment of eating disorders.
Kathleen focuses on identifying personal and relational patterns. Through learning about where these patterns may have originated and how they impact one’s life and relationships, she works with clients to find new solutions, and to discover and practice maintainable tools for long-lasting change.
