Kate Hyde, MSW, LCSW: Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has nearly 15 years of experience in the mental wellness field. She offers psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan who struggle with a variety of circumstances including anxiety, depression, life stress, trauma, and adjustment challenges. Kate is a clinical supervisor and also provides counseling through WellSpace@Work.
Centering on the therapeutic relationship, Kate believes in using a collaborative approach to meet the needs and goals of each individual. She incorporates person-centered therapy, play therapy with children, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and group therapy. She also conducts Equine Assisted Therapy and Equine Assisted Learning experiences. Kate strives to provide a safe, non judgemental space for clients to address life’s challenges in order to improve overall wellness.
