Kate specializes in working with adults, as well as young adults. She has worked primarily with women navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, disordered eating, physical health challenges, trauma, as well as prenatal and postpartum. Her approach is grounded in curiosity and warmth, allowing her clients to feel safe and supported while working together to uncover their individual healing power. Kate’s experience is eclectic yet complimentary with a background in integrative nutrition, health coaching, yoga and functional movement, she draws from a wealth of holistic healing knowledge to support the therapeutic work. Kate utilizes various therapeutic modalities but predominantly focuses on mindfulness, psychodynamic theory, and somatic work, all from a strengths-based approach.
Through mindful collaboration, Kate assists her clients in finding the space they need to uncover greater meaning and freedom in their lives.
