Julia provides individual, couples, and family therapy. She prioritizes a therapeutic approach that is collaborative, and connection driven as clients work toward unlocking their most full potential. Julia has a variety of experience working with dissimilar populations and diverse needs. She practices through a humanistic lens, focusing on the individual as a whole and maintaining a mindfulness-based perspective. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy- an empirically supported approach to helping people with a wide range of concerns. Julia believes in the aim of ACT, to help you cultivate a rich and meaningful life while effectively handling painful feelings and thoughts that inevitably exist through the lifespan.
