Erika is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has over 20 years’ experience in the behavioral health field. She offers psychotherapy services to children, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress management, adjustment and transition challenges that are interfering with one’s ability to function at their full potential.
Centering on the therapeutic relationship, she utilizes an eclectic approach tailored to the individual that meets clients where they are and incorporates individual person-centered therapy, play therapy with children, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solutions-focused brief therapy, and parent-child relationship therapy. She provides a safe, approachable environment for a child, teen or adult to address life’s challenges, increase coping skills and set out on a journey to find joy and meaning in their lives.
