Elly has a dual degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Dance Movement Therapy and works with children, teens, college students and adults. She has supported individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life phase transitions, gender and identity exploration, family constellation work and embodiment.

Elly’s frameworks for talk therapy are rooted in the principles of dance therapy: being relational, person-centered, focusing on strengths and supports, accessing individual creativity for solutions, and practicing coping skills for nervous system regulation. Elly’s background in social services, education and the arts inform her humanistic, person-centered approach.
