Eliana believes that everyone possesses the capacity to experience happiness and fulfillment when in tune with their values and priorities. She provides a safe and encouraging environment from which we can better understand ourselves and deepen our commitment to meeting our own needs. She works with families and couples, as well as individuals of all ages, gender identities, faiths, and backgrounds.

Eliana describes her style as warm and collaborative. She draws from internal family systems therapy (parts work), functional family therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. Eliana supports clients navigating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship challenges, identity exploration, loneliness and friendship, medical diagnoses, parenting, trauma, and more.

Prior to joining WellSpace, Eliana worked as a family therapist supporting a range of familial structures in accessing more stable and harmonious relationships. She has also worked for the State of New York helping neighborhoods and communities resolve local conflicts. Eliana habla español y puede ofrecer servicios tanto en inglés como en español.
