WellSpace Clinician (She/Her)
Alexis is a relationship focused therapist who is trained to work with individuals, couples, and families. She draws on her past professional experiences as an outdoor educator working with teens and their families and as a case manager working with vulnerable populations to inform her work. Alexis has advanced training in perinatal mental health and has a special interest in supporting individuals and couples through pre-conception, fertility challenges, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and parenting.
Alexis aims to offer a casual and trusting space where clients feel comfortable working through what is most important to them. She focuses on working with clients who are navigating transitions in their life, understanding their relationship patterns, learning more effective communication skills, looking to build friendship within relationships, and gaining deeper understanding of their own needs.
